We deliver fresh seasonal flowers and foliage, matched with easy to follow instructions, so you can make beautiful flower arrangements in your own home.
For ongoing subscriptions you will be charged for your first delivery, and then each Tuesday prior to your next delivery.
Any changes or updates to your subscription can be made through logging into your account. Log in with your username and make changes to your subscription like updating your address or payment details, change your frequency, holiday pauses on your deliveries, or cancel your subscription.
To guarantee the best seasonal flowers we need a little time to plan ahead. This is why we ask you to let us know of any changes by midnight Tuesday prior to your next delivery.

We pack and ship your flowers within hours of them being cut, after being source from our local flower supplier. This avoids any shelf time spent in a shop and will last longer than store bought blooms. We provide florist quality flowers and only the best of what is available.
Your flowers are carefully selected to last over a number of days. Some will bloom fast and early. Others will take longer to bloom and will keep blooming for longer.
We can definitely try to accommodate any known allergies you may have by leaving those particular flowers out and replace them with a suitable alternative.
However, if you have a life threateningly serious allergy, please contact us to discuss directly. If we think it may not be possible to keep your blooms 100% allergy free we may reserve the right to decline your order on your behalf.
Dogs and cats are commonly allergic to certain sorts of flora. For instance both the flowers and leaves of lilies are highly toxic to cats. If you do have pet please let us know and we will ensure your box is catered for. Just make a note within My Account.
If you have signed up for a subscription you’ll receive your delivery on the following Friday or Saturday after your initial sign up, and at regular intervals as selected in your checkout process.
For deliveries of limited edition boxes, we are currently delivering on Friday and Saturdays also.

To keep our quality at it’s highest, we currently ship only to specified delivery areas.
We currently deliver our subscription flower boxes to selected suburbs in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast before 6pm on Friday and Saturday.
Your flowers will be delivered to you in a box designed to protect your flowers from heat, wind and pollution. Your flowers can safely wait for you for up to 12 hours.
If you are not likely to be home during business hours, we do recommend having your delivery sent to your workplace, or a place someone will be able to receive your delivery.
If this is not possible your box can be left at your doorstep to await your return.
You can easily change your address once you log in under My Account. Please ensure your address is changed by the Tuesday before your next delivery. If you have missed this cut off, please email us and we’ll fix this for you!

Even better, we encourage our subscribers to send their box to someone in their place while they are away – a friend, a neighbour, or your mum. If you’d like to do this, just let us know before the Tuesday cutoff before your next delivery.
You can skip a delivery or cancel at any time by logging into My Account. The cut off is at midnight on the Tuesday prior to your next delivery. Simply log into My Account to cancel.
Note, you must cancel by the Tuesday cutoff before your next delivery, otherwise the scheduled delivery can’t be changed or cancelled.

To purchase a gift voucher simply email us at hello@cottonflowerstudio.com.au and we will send back a beautiful email either directly to the recipient or we can email it to yourself to gift in person.
A gift voucher can be used across our range of products including the subscriptions, workshops and at our online store.
We host both in person workshops and virtual workshops. Our in person workshops are held across a couple of studios located in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Please double check the location on the booking page to make sure you have selected the correct location.
We do provide either a high tea for our morning workshops or a gorgeous cheese board for our afternoon and evening workshops. We are BYO and have plenty of beautiful glasses for you to serve your drinks in.
Once your ticket is purchased it is non-refundable, however you can ask someone to come in your place if you are unable to make it. Once your ticket has been booked we hold a spot for you and materials for you and that particular class.
We need to stand by our no refund or transfers policy for no-shows, as we have held the spot for you and the materials have already been purchased.
Due to space and capacity requirements, we ask that everyone who wishes to come purchase a ticket and take part in the workshop. Of course there are exceptions to this such as carers and sign language assistants.
