We want your floral journey to be as delightful as the blooms themselves. Our consultations are designed to be both enjoyable and inspiring, focused on capturing the unique atmosphere you envision for your special day.
To secure your wedding date with us, we’ll first have a conversation about your floral vision and preferences. Once we’ve discussed your ideas and you’re happy with the plan, we’ll prepare a contract for you to sign. To confirm your booking, a $500 booking fee is required. This fee ensures that your date is reserved and that we can begin planning your floral arrangements.
Approximately 10 weeks before your wedding day, we’ll arrange a call to finalise all details. During this call, we’ll lock in your floral designs and colour palette, and create a mood board to visualise the overall look. This is the time to confirm all aspects of your floral arrangements, including numbers, design and colour palette, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with your vision for the day.
You are welcome to make payments at any time throughout the planning process. However, the final payment must be received no later than 30 days before your wedding date. To help you stay on track, we’ll send you a reminder email as the final payment deadline approaches, so you have ample time.
On your wedding day, our team will begin by delivering all personal floral pieces, such as bouquets and boutonnieres, to the bridal party in the morning. Following this, we’ll head to your venue to set up and arrange all floral arrangements according to your design. Our goal is to ensure that every floral detail is perfectly in place and contributes to the beauty of your special day.
After the wedding festivities, we’ll return to the venue to collect any vessels, structures, or hire items we provided. We encourage you to take home as many of the flowers as you’d like to enjoy after the event. We’re here to make sure that every aspect of your floral experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
