If we are available for your wedding date we will schedule a consultation to discuss your dream wedding flower vision. We will take all the details we need to provide you with a quote.  Don’t worry about finalising every detail right away—you’ll have the flexibility to make adjustments as needed. This consultation is primarily to make sure we are a great fit for each other!

Once we have discussed your dream wedding flowers, we are both loving the vision and feeling you are wanting to create for you wedding. We’ll send you a contract to sign, along with a link to our $500 booking fee. One the booking fee is paid and contract is signed and returned, your date will be secured!

On your wedding day, here’s how it will all unfold:

1. Early Morning Setup: Our team will arrive early to set up the ceremony and reception spaces according to your chosen designs. This includes arranging floral decorations, centerpieces, and any special features such as floral arches or installations.

2. Bridal Party Preparations: We’ll ensure that all bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages are delivered to you and your bridal party at the agreed time, so everyone is ready and looking fabulous for the big moments.

3. On-the-Day Support: If needed, we’ll be available for any last-minute adjustments or touch-ups to ensure everything looks perfect. Our goal is to help your day run smoothly and make sure the flowers are a beautiful complement to your celebration.

4. Post-Ceremony: After the ceremony and reception, our team will return to carefully pack up any floral arrangements or decorations, unless you prefer to keep them for a post-wedding event.

If we’re unavailable for your chosen date, we’ll gladly provide a list of recommended florists who may be able to assist you.
